Flame Using PHP in Module Content

You can create static content using a Module --> "New". Great. I do this a lot.

However, I would like my users to consistently see a visual editor such as Tiny, etc.

To edit the module content, I need to shut down this editor which is bad so I can edit the html.

Is there any way to use php inside a module content element so I can include a file instead of inlining the html?

Many thanks in advance!

Yes but does it work in 4.5.2.x that is the question. Does anybody have static php in a module working?. Please let me know how you did it. All the static content \ add php mambots I could find does not work in 4.5.2 even after I tried to update it with my ltd. knowledge.
