I tryed to remove the users login form, because my site wont support users registration for now, but i couldnt remove the whole Login form.

I cant remove only The field which sys "Login Form"
and i cant remove the syndicate form

please tell me how to completely remove the login form and syndicate form

Well, both the Login Form as well as the syndicate are modules, like many other things you cans ee on your page. Those are removed or deactivated by entering the backend(administration) of your site select "modules"-> site modules. You will now be given a list of installed modules. simply check the boxes in front of "syndicate" and "Login" and unpublish or delete them. Voilà.
