Default Site offline ok. But why my backend too???

Hi @ all.
I've set up my first Mambo Portal a month ago and everything was going well, then I went to holiday and I'm sure I did not turn the site off, but when I came back home it was temporary offline with the logo on the first page that says contact the admin blah blah.
I then tryed to access my administrator panel but I couldnt because there wasn't a login page as expected but the same "site offline" logo.
What should I do now, how can I access the admin panel and why did this happen?
Pls help.
Thanks

The admin-panel can be found at http://www.url-to-your-mambo-site.co...ambo-directory/administrator/index2.php

If everything is correct there should be a login page? But it isn't there in your case?

It is not I can't understand why, the site was working correct last month.
Here you can see it by yourself : http://www.dubickaraja.com/administrator/index2.php

Btw in the configuration.php file is the mosConfig_offline string set to '0' but the site is still offline.
