Question How DO I Add Extra Banners

Hello,
I am using a template to make a site, and I'd like to add some extra banners to the right side and possible one to the left side. I'd also like the banners on the right and left side to be different in size from the top/bottom banners. I'd like them to be able to fit evenly under the Login module and the Polls module.

The site is here - www.rulesofleisure.com/mambo

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
