real estate site - w ith mls and hot property

I currently run a site that uses hotproperty.
I would like to integrate mls listings into the site.
I have seen other sites like Realtor.com that do gateway services.

and i saw that people are using iframes to incorporate other sites...
can anyone post info on how to do realtor.com
or a better service?

Take a look at www.lasolastech.com/demo, and look at the Search for Homes link. I piped that in using Wrapper. Some sites might have framebusters, so bringing in Realtor.com might not be the best solution (although I never tried it). Try using your local realtor board's MLS site if they have (I used http://ragflrealtor.com).
