AKOBook not saving guestbook entries

I have installed Mambo 4.5.2 and then AKOBook 3.42 and it appears everything is working.

But the problem is that when I try to put an entry in the guestbook, it acts like it is saving but it never saves anything. I have also looked into the backend and nothing is recorded there as well. I can enter entries in the backend but not the frontend.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Same problem here. Nothing is entered, the same entry form appear again after submitting (pressing SEND button)....
