Problem with email address in contacts component

Hi,

When entering a person's email address in the contacts component, the whole address does not show. For example the email address may be greg@anywhere.com.au, but when you view the details for that contact, the email address shows as greg@anywhere.com. It always seems to drop the .au.

How do I fix this?

It is a reported bug and will be fixed with version 453.
Maybe check the bugtracker (http://mamboforge.net/tracker/?atid=...=5&func=browse) to check if the report included the fix too.. Happens with .co.uk also, for example..

A workaround is unpublishing the email cloacking mambot.

I unpublished the email cloaking mambot, but the issue still persists. I might have to wait for 4.5.3.

Maybe you should check the bugtracker, as Eyezberg indicated, found here.
It contains some patch. But look also at the bottom of the page. Some confusion about line numbers.
You could try it. It worked for others, I understood.
