Clicking in Form Fields make layout disappear Hi everyone,
before I will let you know about our latest Mambo project, which I believe is somehow really special, I'd like to ask you all about a problem I have seen on and off in combination with the Firefox web browser on Macintosh OS X only!!! So this combo is somewhat rare, I know, with Apple not being where it should really be in the IT world with all their innovative drive. But maybe someone has an idea or even solution / work around.
Sometimes - not always - if you've got a CSS layout and there is a form somewhere, if you click inside a textbox of that form element, Mac Firefox makes "swash!" and the entire area around the form field turns the colour of the background, hiding largely everything around the form field - including the form field as well.
If you happen to be on Mac / Firefox, you might have seen this happening even on Arthur's Mamboportal.com - clicking in the log in form makes the whole area go opaque, covered with a unmotivated large background colour area that even might not always have a rectangular shape...
It is really a bit annoying; but if you know the solution, I would be extremely grateful.
And as of my new web site project, this I will let you know in a couple of days when I've got all pending bugs cleared out! :-)
Stephan
