Default Point System Component?

Just wondering if there is a component that would allow users on my site to get "points" by doing things. (sign up a new user, post pictures) and then they get points, 5 pts for adding a photo. they could redeem points for products, like a tshirt or something. so i would like the users to be able to see their current points, etc. anything out there like that? or will i have to do it on my own?

since you will get points for everything you do, it will be necessary to hack every component you want to add to his/her account.

for example:
if you use a gallery like the menalto: how the hell should the point-count-component know what pictures the user loaded up?
(yes there are usernames linked to a picture but what if he deletes a picture again??)

The way Mambo is built... It could be very messy to do something like this. Unless you made it as a component that somehow wrapped itself around all the other components. Then you could just plug in the other components variables to watch for as triggers to increase point value. I don't know how to program but I imagine it could get difficult.
