Hi All,

I think there are some issues with mambo and the new security fix/release of php.

My hole website got broken when my ISP updated PHP today due to security issues in the old versions of PHP...

[15-Dec-2004] The PHP Development Team would like to announce the immediate release of PHP 4.3.10 and PHP 5.0.3. These are maintenance releases that in addition to non-critical bug fixes address several very serious security issues. All Users of PHP are strongly encouraged to upgrade to one of these releases as soon as possible.

I have tried to make a new installation of mambo with this new php version and mambo errors allready at the first page of the installation!

Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in /home/xxxxx/public_html/mambonew/installation/index.php on line 208

This error comes for the following lines in index.php

208 & 211

For future checking I upgraded my DEV server to the same version, and that also braked my DEV installation of mambo.

Conclusion: Mambo DO NOT working with PHP 4.3.10, as far as I can see.
I really hope that this will be fixed/investigated as fast as possible!

Prozac,

you need to upgrade Zend Optimizer to the latest version for php 4.3.10 in order to make Mambo work correctly. There is no buggy code in mambo.
