Default Modules and Blocks from PHP nuke

Hi, is it difficult to convert blocks and modules ftom PHP nuke to Mambo? They have a lot of interesting stuff over at Nuke. Both CMS uses PHP, so I imagine it could be "easy"..

Anyone with experience from this?

regards

I'd also like to do this. I used a CMS that was based on PHP-Nuke and have some pretty awesome blocks, but I dunno how to make those in Mambo. Anyone got a solution?

PHP-Nuke has some really cool modules and blocks. Mambo is much better than others CMSs. The thing i miss in PHP nuke is the ability to create profile, and diary stuff (that is built in).

But Mambo modules, components and bots are more powerful than Any NUKE.

It depends on the mod, ones that contain stand alone scripts/aps should be quite easy, ones that integrate with the DB would require reworking to use the Mambo format.

A point to be noted, that can be done, but you will need a sound knowledge of PHP, mySQL and the integration setup of Mambo components, bots and modules.
