Default making moduls and implanting php code

Does any one know how to make a module or knows where one can find a guide to that?

I am asking because I have a php code I'd like to implant as a module. Making a new module via admin panel and implanting the code into that doesn't work. Any ideas?

Hi,

on the official mambo-page are several documents, which describe the development of components, modules and mambots: http://mamboserver.com/cat/Documentation/
