The Menalto Gallery Latest Image 0.1 Alpha has been released this weekend. I know a lot of people are interested in it from reading the many forums on the gallery website, mambo forums, and here. Check it out at http://mamboforge.net/projects/menaltolastimg/

This has only been tested on my 4.5.1 install, so let me know through the bug tracker if you see any problems.

Hey There!
I have uploaded the last image module! Thank-you very much!! I have modified it to show three photos, however it does not change to display the latest uploads as I add new photos - the same photos keep showing up, and these are the first images to appear in the first album.
The code must be looking only in the first album... any hints on how to change this or any fixes?

I havent seen that behavior, but admittedly, I only use it for specific albums. I will look into it this weekend. I am also looking add the ability to specify the # of pictures you want to show in a param.

When I enable the last image module some of my other module locations are being "hidden". Does anyone have any idea on how to prevent this ?

Does this module work with stand alone galleries? I've used the contrib code provided with Gallery to incorporate it into my site without issue. However, after I install this module all I get is an empty block?
