Default Can't add new menu items in Macintosh browsers

I tried to add new menu item in MenuManager/Usermenu (all any other menu), but I got only empty page (of course there was blue header, but it was empty after Next/Cancel buttoms). Same thing happened with three Macintosh browsers (Firefox, Safari and IE) and in two installation in seperate servers.

I have heard of this from an associate. I could not however recreate this issue as we just upgraded our production Mac to 10.3.5 just the other day. I checked in Safari and Netscape and I was able to use the menu manager with success.

the 10.3.5 might be the cure?

Hope this helps... Happy mambling...

Default Parameter Boxes

I am using a Mac running 10.3.5 also. I have noticed that in my Component and Module configuration, the parameters menu is only an empty box. Some of the screen shots for some component and modules show pull down menus and pre defined field to enter parameters. Any idea as to whay my parameter windows are empty?

It sounds like you may need to check the administrator folder in your installation. The javascripts for all of the menu functionality may need to be reinstalled. They're in the js folder. [site root]/administrator/js

I reinstalled the java scripts for admin, but still no html toolbars. Again when I look at the screen shots for some of these components, there are toolbars instead of just windows. I am using HTMLArea3 XTD-C 1.1 for my editor. Any other thoughts?
