Hello,

I found my site this morning with a maintenance page, I did´nt put that up - someone else did I tried to enter the admin page with no success, later after sometime I tried to enter the site and I could see my site, I tried to enter the admin backend, I was able to enter. I tried to enter the users page so as to change the password , then the surprise, It does no allow it shows this error message:

Not sure how to help on the backend file write error, but the maintenance page you saw is built into Mambo.

Whenever the database (MySQL) server is not available, it will display. The only other time it displays is when you elect to take it offline from the backend. In this case you could not access the backend, so better chance that your MySQL server was not available.

On the file write problem, for some reason the code is writing a file to the servers shared directory, which it is not being allowed to do.

Might want to see if your ISP is having some trouble with thier server.

Thanks a lot Gram,

I saw a similar information in one forum. I have sent a message to the support team of my hosting provider. Still waiting for their reply. I logged in to the control panel, and effectively the Mysql user information cant be loaded for a strange reason. I am looking forward to finding a solution to that problem.

The problem was solved. The MySql server failed and refused access to it. But the information has been recovered in another server.
