Default Can't login on IE

Hello guys,

First allow me to explain some details about my Mambo installations. I'm using SolarflareII for the site and currently running on Mambo 4.5.1 with the security patch.

Until several days ago, login to the member area from any browsers are fine. I spotted this problem only several days ago. When I'm using internet explorer and try to login into member area this warning shows up:

Internet Explorer cannot open http://permagnus.com/mambo/.

Please note the dot behind the slash is really there and not just a punctuation. I believe that dot on the end of URL is what affecting IE unable to read my mambo site. Otherwise, when you are not logged in, the site works just fine.

I didn't encounter that problem in Mozilla, FireFox, and Opera.

So I think this might be some compability issues. All of my members cannot logged into the site and thus I cannot install of forum to accompany the site (It's useless anyway... you can't login!).

Does anyone out there have the same problems with me and know how to fix this?

Thanks

Guys, I have fixed the problems.

It appears
Code:
<?php if ( $my->id ) { initEditor(); }?>
should be putted directly under
Code:
<head>
Thanks

Default Still no joy!

Is anyone else having trouble logging in to the admin side of things from any browser?

4.5.1a +patch etc.

The front page displays. The admin login screen displays. Submission of admin login info eventually times out.

I made the changes described in this and the linked topic.

Thanks guys.
