Question 'Contact Us' Default - emails go to first contact in list instead

With 4.5.1a, I recently noticed that the default contact, second in the contacts list, was not getting the site notification emails. The first name in the contact list was receiving the site notification emails, not the default contact. I moved the default contact to first contact in the contact list, and now email notifications are going to the default as they should. Has anyone else noticed this?
