registration -> advanced registration

hallo leute

ich arbeite mit mambo 4.5.2, habe den "advanced registration" komponent von kenneth smart gedownloadet. mit diesem Komponete können beliebig viele Felder zur Registration hinzugefügt, wie auch verschiedene Werte dafür konfiguriert werden ...

jetzt möchte ich den regulären com_registration durch den com_advanced_registration erstetzen, weiss aber nicht wie, weil ich nicht weiss, wo der com_registration sitzt.

kann mir jemand helfen? bin um jeden hinweis froh!

Leider gibt es kein eigenes Modul für die Component.

Das originale Login Modul kann in den Site Modules abgeschaltet (=unpublish) werden.

Dafür müssen URL Links ins Menü eingebaut werden. Hier ein Auszug aus der readme.txt

Use Instructions
================

To use this component on your site, reference the following URL when placing links to the register for your site.

?option=com_advanced_registration&task=YOUR_OPTION

You can replace YOUR_OPTION with either

lostPassword
sendNewPass
register
saveRegistration
profile

Ich hoffe, das hilft?
Ansonsten kann ich Dir natürlich den CommunityBuilder (http://mamboforge.net/projects/userextras/) oder (mein) UserExtended (für einfachere User-Registrierungen; http://mamboforge.net/projects/userextended/) empfehlen

Bei diesen Components gibt es auch entsprechende Module, die das originale Login Modul ersetzen.

I have the same problem. I have read the release notes as quoted above. But what does all that mean? For example if i want to add a text box requiring intending members to specify their age, how would i reference the above URL when placing links to the register? And where is the register that is being referred to here. Thanks.

I also have problems with the component Advanced Login. Not in the Frontend ... but in the Backend. It doesn't behave there as it should.

Does anyone have a similar problem (with Mambo 4.5.1.x !!) and if yes is there a solution available ??

For the time being I will use the modules/component of Bernhard Zechmann (MamboZ). It's very simple - no radio button, drop-list, etc. - but it is at least a good working Extended User addition.

Da gibt es auch ein Module fur Advanced Registration.

Damit wird die Mambo Login Module ersetzt...

It is not the answer to solve my problem ... but anyway THANKS for your reply "Scheerer".

Ihrer slechten Deutsch konnte ich gut verstehen und ist besser dan meiner slechtes Deutsch.
