Default Joomla looks fine locally but not over the network.

I've got Joomla (I think it's v1.0.12) all installed and happy. When I browse to the site locally (http://localhost/joomla) the site looks fine. No problems at all.
When I try to browse to it from another machine (http://<machine name>/joomla) all the text shows up, but none of the graphics/CSS seem to be displayed. Right away I thought that it was a security setting. I've checked, double checked, and even tripple checked the secuity settings and the "Internet Guest Account (<machine name>\IUSR_<machine name>)" has Modify, Read & Execute, List folder contents, read, and write access to the images folder and all sub files/folders. I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

I had exactly the same problem when I set this up yestereday. You need to change the configuration.php file by changing the refered h ttp://localhost to http: //[localhostipaddress] - there is only one occurrence iirc.
