Mambo 4.5 (1.0.1) to Joomla

I want to upgrade to Joomla, but I understand from reading the Joolma help files that I must first upgrade my Mambo. So my questions are:

1. which of these (http://mamboforge.net/frs/?group_id=5) do I need to download, and

2. will I lose my customized AkoBluePortal template when I upgrade?

Yeah I need the same thing how can I go from Mambo 4.5.0 (1.0.9) to latest Joomla without loosing any content? And who is willing to help? Reward will be giving ranging from $50-$250 depending on how fast and good this can be done...
