DrunkenMunky style Install?

Hi,

Had some problem cant use admin section cuz /tmp write faliure.

Could someone install Joombla on their server, make sure everything works, that installing components works. Then download their installed Joombla, export the database to a file, delete their DB password and host in the configuration.php, then include a INSTALL.txt file just saying put your Database host,password, DBname, user, in the configuration.php. Then take all this ZIP it and then upload it to this site so I and others can download it, and transplant to our own servers and Database?

What would be the problem with a install setup like this?

also the password to the site would have to be included but that dont matter cuz the person could change it easy
