Hi i am pretty new to joomla and am following a step by step of how to construct a site. However I am unable to insert image and everytime I try a message comes up saying ''An editor instance must be focused before using this command''. What should I do? Can anyone help me.

And furthermore, on the content items manager section, some files are presented with a lock on them meaning that they can't be taken away from the published site. They automatically appear when I press on them and try to add an image. Can this be changed?
