Unable to create new categories

Hello,

I did fresh Joomla installation, but as I have one old Site based on Mambo, I did some database tables export and import into Joomla.

No, I can't create new categories, because there is an error appears. It is moscategory::store failes error, but the full error you can see attached.

Does anyone knows what's going on?
