Default Wierd characters on page... can't get rid of
Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me. Im not sure when it happened but i have been getting this following characters "" at the top of the content area in my joomla site. I've tried changing the template and it still appears so it must be another problem. I cant for the life of me figure out what is causing it.

You can see these characters on counciloftruth.com. Can anyone shed some light on this? Please?
