I am looking for someone to help me build a fun and informative Mambo/Joomba CMS site that I can maintain.

It's an enthusiast site, with potential $value$
It reaches the target audience.

I would like galleries,RSS, all the goodies and to transfer my forums possibly, to a better system.

I am at a loss, since I am not a programmer or web builder.

If there is an easy way to do this myself, as a complete novice, that would help equally!
