E-Commerce and Mambo (opinions)

My question / problem is.

We're ready to sell through our website.

We're gonna sell CD's and T-shirts for now.

Are there any components / modules out there that do this in a SECURE manner that you would recommend?

Or would you recommend a third party like PayPal...or something of the sort.

I"m running 4.5.2.

I've never dealt with monetary transactions through a website that I own...and am therefore LIABLE for.

So I'm asking for any and all help that your willing to give me.
