I guess this is a vB problem, but when you post, then click on the header to go back to main forum (or anywhere else..), then hit browser back, you get an expired page, hit refresh, and you double post!? Just happened to me..

phpBB and every other forum I've ever seen does the same. I can think of a way round it but it's fairly pointless as all you really need to do is remember not to go back after making a post

And IF you do go back, you can delete the second post.
