Hi all,

RSSReader2 is yet another news feeds aggregator for joomla. Our approach was not to import the news into Joomla’s content system, but to use RSSReader2 as a "stand alone" part of your site, similar to what "Lylilna" provides.

We provided in this version two display styles for the feeds, each with two options for displaying the feed content. We plan to expand these styles, according to suggestions from users.

As for this version 1.0.2 we only use the DOMIT rss parser (joomla standard), but we plan to add in magpieRSS in the next release. ATOM is for now not supported.

The component is using a separate CSS stylesheet for the output, so you can adapt it to your template/ needs.
