Hi all,

First Child is a small component that displays the first submenu (child) item of a menu item.

An administrator can define a menu item as a First Child component. In the frontend a click on the menu item is redirected to the first submenu item of the clicked menu item. No subnavigation pages if you don't need them!

First Child was open sourced by Func. Internet Integration (http://www.func.nl).

HI,

I have tried to make your component work, but without success.
I've been able to install it.
But when I go to component > firstchild - nothing happen: I just go back to the homepage of administrator.

Is it something I haven't understood? I'm using mambo 4.5.2.
Can you tell me how to proceed?
