After six months of mucking around, its done -- DBQ 1.0 is released.
DBQ is a query manager that stores queries for execution by users. It also allows users to interact with the database by means of variables that are either restricted by regular expressions or a predefined list of acceptable input.
The User Screens are completely customizable via templates and allow support for multiple languages.
Downloading, installing, and using the GPLed component is free of course, but we also offer consulting services as well as templates that help automate certain functions relating to databases, such as adding, editing, or deleting product information for a product database.
If you have used DBQ before, you may be interested to know that the 1.0 release ships with new input types ( Radio, Checkbox, Password ) as well as new regular expressions.
I will do my best to answer questions about the component, but the documentation is quite explicit and I'm focusing on both commercial jobs as well as developing new features. A FAQ is available on the home website, linked below. Postive feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
MamboForge has also been a wonderful hosting service for this project and I greatly appreciate their work in helping all of us developers.
