I noticed there were some people wanting to display weather on their 4.5.1 sites so I re-coded the Canadian weather module. There are now two to choose from: Weather for Canadian cities (shows weather in celcius and wind conditions) and for some US cities (which shows temperature in fahrenheit - there are no wind conditions for the US as they display in km/h rather than miles so I just removed that line). The other thing is that with 4.5.1 you can make a copy of your modules. So, if you want to display the weather for more than one city on your site, just make a copy of the module and select a different city.

This weather modules doesn't use the codes from the noaa website.
The only codes you can use are found here:

http://weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/forecast/usa/us_e.html

This is the Canadian weather office and there only SOME cities in the US (and Canada) that they forecast for. You will need another weather module in order to display Plymouth as I don't see it on their list.

Note: As stated, the weather module does not fully support all cities (even if they're on the list). If you don't get an image, it's because the weather office does not receive the current conditions for that city. If you follow this link you can see an example - look under the heading 'Currently'. It says 'Not observed' so you won't get an image. The four letters (KANB) after the ? is the code for the city. I tried to only include cities that will display current forecasts.

You have to look for the code in the browser line. For example, the code for Boston is KBOS, as shown here after the ?:

It appears that Boston is the only city that will display the current weather conditions, all other places in Mass are 'Not Observed'. This is the big drawback to this module for US users.
