Today we've made our second Mambo release to Spread Firefox. A module to ease the insertion of promotional buttons and banners with affiliate links to help spread the word of Firefox, the best browser on the planet.

Checkout the blog announcement on the Spread Firefox community site. Rate the blog, because if we get enough votes, the announcement will go on the frontpage. Which is good for the MSF project and better for Mambo.

The module comes with a pack of official buttons and banners, so you have many to choose from to fit your design needs.

It has been developed for the latest Mambo 4.5.1, which allows for easily configurable parameters and even multiple copies of modules. So, if you want more than one of these groovy buttons or banners on your site, simply copy the module and insert it where you like. Another option is inserting the larger banners into content by using the modulebot, available from the Bots 'n' Stuff project.
