MamboMatch system requirements include the following PHP extensions:
- Zend Optimizer - free download from Zend.com
- mcrypt php encryption extension
- GD library including GIF and JPG support to enable users to upload photos.
If your hosting company gives you grief about these very commonplace extensions you'll find a good Mambo-friendly hosting alternative at my site.
MamboMatch also uses its own database separate from the Mambo database. You should create the database in advance and have the name, user ID and password available when the installer requests it.
