How does the mgm gallery work? I have installed it, but i cannot publish the pictures..

You use the mambot supplied with it. If you have loaded this to the mambot directory, do the following.

Create your gallery by uploading via media manager, then creating a new gallery in MGM Studio. Once this is created, click on the content link shown for that gallery, and the thumbnails will be created.

Once you have done that, note the number of the gallery. I would assume this will be 1 =)

Now, go to menu manager and create your typed content. Where you would usually add a {mosimage} mambot tag, you now use the command {imggallery x} where x is the gallery number. So add {imggallery 1}

Publish all content and view on the website. It will now appear for you.

I install the component but not the mambot. where i find the mambot for MGM?

I upload file, create and modify gallery but not undestand how to publish the gallery into the frontend.

On any page put {imggallery number}, where number is the gallery number.
Don't try to preview the page coz you won't see the gallery. just save the document and view it from your website , you should be able to see your gallery there.

I have the same problem.

Here is what I have tried: in a news content, instead of putting {mosimage}, I put {imggallery 1} hoping that the gallery would appear.

However, it does not work.

Then I realize I need the mambot installed. I look at the release package and the mambot folder is in there. However, it lacks some instruction on how to install imggallery bot.

Can anyone help me with that?
