Question mambelfish under mambo 4.5.2 Stable [ Titan ]

Hello everybody,

I just installed mambelfish 1.5 under mambo4.5.2 and encounter following problem:

When I want to translate my contents, I only get a text input field for the title, not for introtext and fulltext...
Also with Categories and Sections I only get input fields for title and Name, not for Description...

With other single lined items I have no problem translating them and publish. The frontend also works.

Has anyone any experience with this configuration? (mambelfish 1.5 - mambo 4.2.5)

I tried to analyse the problem, and installed a older version on mambo (4.5.1a) and there everything works fine...

Any suggestion???

Thanks in advance

For me it works fine (mambo 4.5.2.3). Did you have a look at the XML in /administrator/components/com_mambelfish/contentelemnts? Is the "description" element in there and has attribute translation="1"?

regards,

Oli

Hi Oli,

Yes, all three elements: Titletext Introtext and Fulltext have the attribute translate "1" in the xml File. Also in the content element config in Mambo they are marked as translatable...

Another thing. In my version 4.5.1 where mabelfish works, I get this handy button "copy" when I translate. But only for the title, not for the html texts... And there it is, where I would need it.... What could cause all my problems? I run mambo at the moment locally under Apache/2.0.50 (Win32) PHP/5.0.1

Thanks for any help
