My opinion it is Blue Host
I know for fact that around 36 Mambo sites are with them
plus you have a Fantastico Mambo setup it let you install Mambo on a click of the button
here si the link
Very relayable and best features
CPanel
NEW NEW NEW
250 GB bandwith
10GB space
6.95$month

Blue Host

But I think that this is a wrong thread for this question?!

Stay clear of the cheapest hosts. They're cheap for a reason.
Without getting into it too much ( ) be clear on what "reliable" means to you! You may think it's what it means to other people but...

How much traffic (bandwidth) do you think you're going to need? If you're offering galleries or downloads you'll need quite a bit. It all depends on your needs. Are you going to need a certificate to offer secure credit card transactions etc? Are you going to need hand-holding from tech support or do you know what you're doing? So many variables, so many unreliable ( ) hosts...

I do hosting (as does just about everyone!) but It's not a money maker for me. I usually help charities or people starting out. I don't have a flashy site etc because I don't need one. Finding a good host is a real chore! There is so much biased help out there which tries to steer you to an affiliate program with top rated host this, or 99% uptime that -pathetic. Think of hosting a one big pyramid scheme with hosts passing themselves off as the guys at the top of the pyramid (the guys in the data center) when they're most likely to be many, many levels down the food chain renting space on someone else's machine.
The trick is to find someone who's close to the top AND truly has a reliable technical infrastructure. Now, realistically, that quality of hosting is inexpensive -but it's not cheap

I'm delighted with my host and could set you up as a client of mine, depending on your needs. Like I said, I haven't bothered with the smoke and mirrors of "Live Tech Support" etc. You'll just send me email if you're having trouble installing something. I got into hosting because sometimes, if you want a job done right you have to just do it your damn self

I guess I should add that things like cpanel, Fantastico, spam assassin, subdomains etc are standard. No chat, IRC, warez etc. Adult ok (anything legal in the USA). Audio/video streaming ok. No shoutcast. I'm not going to sell you XGB of bandwidth hoping you won't use it all and then sell/say the same thing to 20 other people... My host does not "oversell" server resources or allow anyone else (like me) to screw people like that. The games people play. Like I said, I don't do this for money, it's not a business for me.

Good luck.

I host several Mambo sites at http://phpwebhosting.com
$9.95 a month, no hard limits on transfer or disk space.
30 day money back guarantee.
Good web-based control panel.
As many email accounts as you want.
ssh (I won't use a host that does not supply ssh!)
Create MySQL unlimited databases yourself on the fly.
It's possible to run multiple Mambo sites from the same host. Just create a subdirectory and another database and install Mambo in the sub-dir.
http://yoursite.com
http://yoursite.com/mambosite1
http://yoursite.com/mambosite2
http://yoursite.com/mambosite3

I am not affiliated with these guys, just a happy customer.
I just wish they'd add PostgreSQL.

My site is hosted by digitalus. It's a dutch hosting company, with good technical support. They only don't give SSH-access / Spamfilter (which is very bad, my box is getting really spammy last days ) / No DNS services, so no forward DNS, for nice hosts at IRC or just forwards to ur own IP. Anyhow they were quite cheap in the time i started hosting at their place. It's almost never down, really if you check it over 1 year i think you would have an uptime of 99,99999999%. That's what's doubtfull at other hostingcompany's.

They have an Ensim controlpanel. The servers are located in NL, if i remember correctly they were in Amsterdam IX datacentre, so quite good pings always .

We offer mamabo solutions. We use Mambo for our site and have started migrating most of design customers over to mambo. We are not the cheapest around, but we have had vritually no downtime other than patching servers and upgrading our hosting software. We are a small hosting provider and work hard to work with all our customers. Most of which we get to know on a personal basis.

Our main focus is Security and Customer Service.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us. http://www.appws.com

Thanks,

nkr1ptd,
Are you charging for the gpl templates?
I see prices of $300 on each or more and wondered why.
