Using MAMBO much like Geocities

like in fade efect? sorry I am not taht good with Java

Hey Bennie,

It's man . You actually won't need to download anything (the code I have provided uses the JSCookMenu.js that is packaged with Mambo 4.5), and you can copy the ThemeOffice folder from administrator/js/ThemeOffice...but you might want to check the stylesheet and make it something unique.

I'm not sure myself about using fade effects... I guess you could check at the website for some FAQs or something. There was another menu script I used to use that was quite easily configurable, but they've removed it from the opensource license.

If I see anything about it I will let you know!

JSCook Menu is the answer. There is a nice tutorial how to implement it in download section here:

Just in case anyone is looking for this, I've now shifted it to my Display News project page on MOSForge.

I have now included all the files for the JSCook menu in the download.

Just as a matter of interest, JSCookMenu does not work on Safari, the default Mac browser or Mac IE 5.3.2. It does work (sort of) in Mozilla and FireFox on Macs.
