Angry lack of mambo community support for newbies

hey,
just a bit annoyed i suppose..
i left the postnuke community to come to mambo expecting a friendlier attitude towards newbies... since i've started here with mambo, i have been torched on several occasions for my "lack of mambo knowledge". So hunting for documentation i've found little to none...

but battling on (as i wasn't going to let a few hot heads ruin my day)

So as most admins would do, i decided to customise my page, and needed a component, (pretty simple one) so i started creating it... running into a few walls i deicded to post my problems here. for some quick answers.. some questions i've since found the answers too, but some threads were reaching 60-70 views and 0 replies..

i'm strongly considering going back to postnuke, as the community support fair outweighs what we have here.

regards
Mark

Although you might be right, the feedback forum is not the right place to talk about this. The Mambers.com Team has no influence on the answer given by the individual Mambers. Therefore I moved it into the 'Community Arena' forum.

but ... a simple question ...

I saw some of your post, and I'm sorry no one reply to u, I don't come very often to the internationls posts ...

but looking the titles it seems me u post without use the search in this forum ... I think many of your questions have ben replyed and solved in previous posts ... i can be wrong but seems me strange that basical posts have never bbeen discussed ...

oh ... this is not an personal attack to u, and sorry if somethings sound bad (my english is very very poor), but many user (i talk most of the italian forum but not only...) ask, need and WANT without spend at least the time of search in the forum if there's a reply to their problems ...

See you, and if u still have problems please make a reply to your post so come up and I can resee where u still ahve problems (i think u have fixed some of them in this time).

Bye
