Comments on Mamboportal.com censored

Some can't post comments on Mamboportal.com and others can.

I wanted to post a reply to one of the comments but couldn't

Why?

I think it is highly questionable to begin making reviews on CVS versions. I have never seen it done before and with good reason. CVS is not stable, not finished and full of bugs and half completed things. That is why it is not released.

What I think is Mr. Admin has set the comments to be approved, and filters all comments.
The other day I posted a comment that I was not able to publish and which was not published by admin, although my comment was saved.

Several hours later, comment number 153 was published!!! No wonder, the commentator was telling everybody how good the new AKOFORMS component was....

And this was not the only censorship practiced on MAMBOPORTAL user comments!

I begin to wonder if this is a community or a one man show.

I'm just curious about something. Given that you've criticized Arthur repeatedly, that you say that people should use MamboServer.com and MosForge instead of this site and MamboPortal, why do you spend so much time here?

I don't mean to put you on the spot, but it really seems as if you dislike and disrespect MamboPortal.com, but you keep wanting to be involved in it and participate.

If I felt as you seem to, I think I would take my business (in this case, my time) elsewhere.

Because someone has to speak out loud about this. Otherwise he would just get away with anything without consequenses. Do you think that would be fair?

Keep in mind that mamboportal.com, mambers.com, etc... are private sites and the owners have the right of fully control content as they see fit! The fact that you are still posting is testimony to the fairness of the person you have been attacking all the time. On the other hand, mamboserver.com and mosforge.net are the "official" MOS sites and as such should reflect the open source aspect of MOS. That is, they need to be open to ALL concerns of the community. What we see here is the exact reverse!

Let's keep things in perspective.

When you run a site like Mamboportal.com and Mambers.com you also have a great responsibility towards your users.

The only reason I am not being banned/censored here is because Arthur knows that he really can't ban people here.
