09/05/2005 The latest GetMambo released this morning. It will install the latest Mambo. Transferring the install files directly from our server to your own server it bypasses the laborious task of downloading zip or tar files to your computer and then uploading them to your server. If you are on a dial up connection it makes quick mambo install a snap! After over 2000 downloads and no bug reports.
Even on a broadband connection it saves time as your connection is not tied up and cross loading one zip file and unpacking it 'in situ' is far quicker than uploading all the separate Mambo files one at a time.
Use it to unpack any .zip files in your server space or reinstall Mambo if things go badly wrong. Note that GetMambo will overwrite existing files without warning if you ask it to!
