I upgraded my site to 4.5.2, works great except for the list length. I set the default list length for 50 in the Global Config and it takes it and works fine until I log off. When I log back on it still says 50 in the config but shows only ten on the list until I select 50 from the menu again. i.e. when I go to like modules or something. It only shows 10 there. This is not a big deal. I am just curious if this is something new with 4.5.2 Thanks again for all the new features!

Having said that, I must have been missing something:
where is the CATEGORY MANAGER? Shouldn't it be placed under the CONTENT menu?

I don't see it under the other menus neither.
