Oh no, it looks like 4.6 to me. They are even using the new feature of different templates assigned to different sections of the sight.

You could download the CVS versions as it is constructed but the new component and module installers are not working yet. However, it's possible to do manual installs if you know what you're doing.

I downloaded 4.6 and it looks nice. I have tried using multiple templates, and that works great. I look forward to being able to arrange blogs like in frontpage, I guess that is still a work in progress. It is shaping up VERY nicely.
