Hello all....

I am working with a new Mambo installation. I've got only two active user accounts right now. Admin account and my personal account.

I installed Simpleboard, and when I go to User Admin, there are no users listed.

I'm wondering if Simpleboard's user data integrates with Mambo's, because I don't want folks to have to sign up/login twice. If it does, why can't I see users in the SB User Admin? Do they have to be created using SB and not using Mambo admin? Thanks.

Simpleboard signup/login is integrated with Mambo users who have registered. That's the whole idea of using SB instead of other forums such as VB or IPB. So your users don't have to sign up and log in twice.

I do have a similar problem in viewing some of my users. My only guess for now is that SB User Admin does not show the Admin account and shows only users who have confirmed their registration by email. Reason I say this is because half of the forum users are listed in the SB User Admin and the other half are not.

Or maybe you have to post something in the forum first to be listed under SB User Admin. Beats me.

To clear this up - in order to see the user in SB admin, that user has to enter the forum at least once. No need to post anything, just clicking on the Simpleboard menu item will do.
