How do I install Admin templates

Mamboportal.com has a javabean admin template that I'd like to see. I've tried to install it like all other templates on the frontend. I then tried to simply copy the files to the admin/templates directly next to the Mambo_blue nad Mambo directories, but still no go.

Does anyone know how to install this template? Are there any Admin Templates out there at all?
