gallery upload for members

is there possible to mix/fix/triks for excample akogallery to have a page for members to upload their pics?
Like coppermine?

The next version of RSGallery supports user uploads and many other features. A sneak preview is available at http://www.rsdev.nl. also a demoversion is shown here (http://www.rsdev.nl/index.php?option=com_rsgallery&Itemid=66). This one is updated every day, so you can check progress.
