Mamber Folks,
I’ve got yet another question. Since I couldn’t figure out how to get rid of the error message that kept popping up with my original template I decided to build another from scratch. I downloaded a tutorial by Marco Ryan (don’t even remember where I got it from) and started over. It’s written for just my level (absolute beginner) and I’ve followed all of the instructions to a T, but I’m getting a different error message now
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
Only one top level element is allowed in an XML document. Error processing resource 'http://localhost/mambo/'. Line 2, Position 2
I don’t understand why I’m getting this message since, as I said, I followed the instructions precisely. I’ve even copy and pasted the first 30 or so lines from 3 other templates (up to the first non-php related <head>) and no dice. Anyone have an idea what’s going on here?
Thanks much. Sorry to be posting so often, but I’m new to this and have no other resources where I can turn to.
Cheers,
Daniel Cruz
