Problem with own template

i have a problem with my own template. the problem is that when an editor logs in, all buttons to edit or create articles are visible. but when i want to create an article. the richtexteditor doesn`t show up. only the header is visible (where content,...is selectable).

anyone knows how to solve this problem?
