League Manager Fatal Error

Hello there Mambers!

Does anyone have experience with the League Manager component? I followed the instructions to install it and place it on the main menu but when I click on it from the front page, I get this message:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: htmltable in /hsphere/local/home/divamiss/divanet.biz/components/com_lgmngr/edit_list_1000.php on line 43

I found the other thread on this topic and was able to fix the problem and get this component installed.

So now that it's installed, how does data get added to the tables? There is only a menu link that shows a listing with headers but no data (of course). Am I missing something? Are there other modules that need to be installed along with the component?

Hi Stacey, sorry I can't help with your problem but I have been looking for a League Manger component. I've had a look on the net and can't find one, where did you get yours?

You can get it from MOSForge: http://mosforge.net/projects/lgmngr/
but from what I understand, it's not all that it should be. I finally got past the errors but haven't figured out what to do with it yet.

Hi all.
I think I have found the solution. If you are logged in the front-end as administrator or super-administrator you will see links to populate the tables between the "LeagueManager" title and the table that now are empty.

:huh: Help please. I'm very frustrated with this League Manager.
I've installed the component and it's running OK, but I cannot work out how to get teams into projects. No matter what details I enter, when I go to games there are no teams to select from.
Without documentation I've spent hours and still can't figure it out.
If anyone out there has League Manager working properly PLEASE explain the correct steps to show results.

Is it worth asking once more if anyone who has this component working can jot down the sequence post installation to have a functional league manager ? :(

I've downloaded the latest version (purchased even :spit: ;) ) - but no joy, I am getting errors but I doubt it is a real bug but more lack of documentation or explanation of the steps to use it.
