Flash the newsflash every five seconds

Hi everyone,
I've been searching all day for a module that can "flash" my newsflashes, not just at page refresh, but at every five seconds or so. Is there anyone that have an idea how to do this or knows a module that does? I don't want it scrolling or sliding - just alternating.

Try the newsflash scroller. It has a "flash options"
