Help in creating New component

Hi there!

Im looking for help to create a component.

Some time ago i stumbled over a refferal component for mambo, but havent seen it anymore...

The component should be as follows:

1. When a user register at mambosite they get their own personal replicated page.. With opportunity to insert personal info, biografy, links, images
They get their own link: www.yourpage.com/user
When users register to site they have to register through a users page

2.
Its wanted to show number of refferals ( Personal ) and refferals below that
many levels deep..
Possibility for admin to choose how many levels showing.
This is to promote people who refer others to join the community.

Is it possible to make something like that??
And is there someone out there who would like a component like this??

Look through the posts in Mamboserver.com in the components forum. Someone was gathering a crew together to build something along these lines. I believe that they started a project on mosForge but no files have been uploaded as of yet. I think they were calling it a community group component or something like that. These were x-Postnuke users who were trying to mimic the operation of a Postnuke module.

I have been checking around..

Nothing much happening in Mosforge...
The discussion in the forum is dead.. well
Guess i have to buy the full pacage. :eek:

Everyone is probably holding off because 4.6 is sitting in the wings. It's quickly approaching a state where the beta test cycle can begin and development versions of existing components and new components will start to appear afterwards.
